This calculator estimates how many audiobooks you could realistically finish in a year by listening during time that’s otherwise “dead” for reading, such as commuting, doing chores, or exercising.
How it works
It multiplies your daily dead-time minutes by the number of days per week you have that time available, scales the result by your chosen playback speed (since listening faster covers more book-time per real minute), and converts the yearly total into a number of books based on the average audiobook length you enter.
This is a simple time-and-rate projection for general planning and motivational purposes. It assumes consistent daily availability and comprehension at your chosen speed, both of which vary from person to person and book to book.
