Planning cups and beer for the tournament
A standard beer pong rack uses 10 cups per side (20 cups per game), each typically filled with about 8 ounces of beer. This calculator first estimates the total number of games needed for everyone to get your chosen number of games in, based on your player count, team size (1v1 or 2v2), and games-per-player target, then multiplies out the cups and beer volume from there.
The beer total is also converted into standard 12-ounce cans and 24-can cases to make shopping easier. This is a party-planning estimate for adults of legal drinking age – always drink responsibly and follow local laws.
