Converting crore to million
The crore is a unit in the Indian numbering system equal to 10,000,000 (ten million), commonly used in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal for expressing large amounts of money or population figures. Since 1 million equals 1,000,000, the relationship is: 1 crore = 10 million.
This calculator converts between crore and million in either direction using that standard relationship, and also shows the equivalent in lakhs (1 lakh = 100,000, so 1 crore = 100 lakh) and the raw underlying number.
This tool is intended for general financial reference and educational purposes when comparing figures reported in the Indian numbering system against the international million/billion system.
