What uniform circular motion is

Uniform circular motion describes an object traveling at constant speed along a circular path. Even though the speed doesn’t change, the object continually accelerates because its direction is always changing, pointed toward the center of the circle.

The formulas used

Speed is found from v = 2Ļ€r/T, where r is the radius and T is the period (time for one full revolution). Centripetal acceleration is then a = v²/r, and centripetal force is F = ma.

These formulas assume constant speed and a perfectly circular path. For general physics education purposes.
