How this estimate is built
This tool scores four factors research generally links to automation exposure: how routine the tasks are, how much original creativity they require, how much in-person human interaction is involved, and how much physical dexterity is needed. Routine, low-creativity, low-social, low-dexterity work scores higher on exposure.
The weighted formula is: Risk = 0.40×Routineness + 0.30×(100−Creativity) + 0.20×(100−Social) + 0.10×(100−Physical).
