⚓ Navy PRT Calculator
Estimate your Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) score from push-ups, curl-ups, and your 1.5-mile run time.
What the Navy PRT measures
The Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) evaluates push-ups, curl-ups (or a plank in some cycles), and cardio fitness via a 1.5-mile run, walk, swim, or bike. Sailors are scored into categories from Probationary through Outstanding based on age- and sex-specific standards.
How this calculator works
Enter your sex, age, push-up and curl-up totals, and 1.5-mile run time. The calculator applies simplified linear scoring bands approximating official Navy PRT standards, averages the three components, and maps the result to a performance category.
This is an educational estimate, not an official PRT score. Official Navy standards use detailed age-bracket tables and alternate cardio events; consult your command’s official PRT guide for record scores.
