🪖 ACFT Calculator
Estimate your Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) score across all six events based on the published 17-21 age group scoring scales.
What is the ACFT?
The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is a six-event fitness test used by the U.S. Army: the 3-repetition max deadlift, standing power throw, hand-release push-up, sprint-drag-carry, plank, and a 2-mile run. Each event is scored from 0 to 100 points, and a minimum of 60 points per event is required to pass.
How this calculator works
Enter your raw result for each event and your sex. The calculator estimates each event’s point score using the published 17-21 age group scoring scale (the reference band most ACFT charts use for a general estimate), scaling your performance between the minimum passing standard (60 points) and the maximum standard (100 points) for that event and sex, then adds all six event scores for an estimated total out of 600.
Actual ACFT scoring uses detailed age- and sex-normed tables published by the Army, and the test has since been succeeded by the Army Fitness Test (AFT) as of June 2025. This calculator gives a reasonable estimate for general planning and training purposes only and is not an official score.
