3D Render Calculator
Enter your frame count, average render time per frame, and render node setup to estimate total wall-clock render time and compute cost.
What this calculator does
This tool estimates how long a 3D animation or scene will take to render and roughly what it will cost on a render farm, based on your frame count, average time per frame, and how many machines render in parallel.
How the calculation works
Total render work is frame count multiplied by seconds per frame, giving the total machine-hours required. Spreading that work across more render nodes divides the wall-clock time roughly proportionally, but the total machine-hours — and therefore the total compute cost — stays the same regardless of how many machines you use.
Real-world render times vary with scene complexity, sample counts, and hardware, so treat this as a planning estimate rather than an exact quote.
