The Time Card Calculator converts a shift’s clock-in and clock-out times into total hours worked, subtracts any unpaid break time, and calculates gross pay including standard time-and-a-half overtime once a set threshold of hours is passed.
How it works
Total worked hours equal clock-out time minus clock-in time (adjusted to wrap correctly for overnight shifts), minus your unpaid break in hours. Hours up to your overtime threshold are paid at your regular hourly rate; any hours beyond that are paid at 1.5 times your rate, which is the standard overtime multiplier used in many workplaces.
