This calculator projects how an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) balance could grow over time, combining your current balance, ongoing annual contributions, and compounding investment returns.
The Formula
Each year, the balance grows by the expected annual return and then the annual contribution is added: Balance = (Previous Balance × (1 + Return Rate)) + Annual Contribution, repeated for each year until retirement.
