How this calculator works
Enter your full-time headcount, part-time headcount, the average weekly hours part-time staff work, and your organization’s standard full-time work week (commonly 40 hours). Part-time hours are converted into an FTE contribution by dividing total part-time hours by the standard full-time hours, then added to the full-time headcount.
